This ballast was commonly used on ESB Tanning Beds from 1998-2004. It drives two 6' 100 Watt T12 lamps. It can be converted to 240 Volts by cutting the jumer wire near the fuse. This is a standard replacement...may look a little different but electrical equivalent.
